Thinking that the equipment matters more than the photographer.
You can engage in a good photography practice with whatever camera you’ve got.
You want better photographs? Pay attention.
Pay attention to the light that you’re observing and if the light that you’re seeing initiates the impulse to create a photograph then use whatever camera you’ve got and pay attention to the composition that you’re creating in terms of framing and the content within the frame, the tonality of the picture in terms of the exposure and light sensitivity settings being used and what you are focusing on.
Don’t forget to critique your picture when you’re done.
