You can, with clarity and certainty, identify yourself as a crafts-person.
Craft involves skillful application of technique.
If you are skillful in your craft you are more likely to produce work that someone may judge as art.
Don’t worry about producing art. Instead, concentrate on becoming skillful in the techniques involved in your craft and the art will take care of itself.
