What you charge for your work is a personal matter and should be based on your unique circumstances.

Since I’m not you, I can’t tell you what to charge for your work and no one else should either but here’s a few guidelines to get you thinking.

As I tell students in my business of photography classes; in the business of photography if you don’t have your copyright, you’ve got nothing.

If you decide to become a professional photographer, especially an independent (freelance) professional photographer you’ve got to understand the risks involved in the area of professional photography that you choose to work in.
