I have an account on Facebook and use it to occasionally keep in touch with people, but as a photographer I don’t put ANYTHING on there because their terms of service/terms of use would lay a LARGE claim to my work.
Recently Facebook changed their already abysmal terms of service to worse than abysmal terms of service.
When enough people raised a stink they reinstated their original abysmal terms of service.
Facebook’s terms of use are still unreasonably greedy and as such I’m careful about what I’m willing to post there. Until they have more content provider friendly terms of use, I’m keeping my distance. Links:
